Poppy Greens

Like most women I love afternoon tea and at the moment Poppy Greens is the place to go. Tea is served in pretty vintage china cups with one or two! rather scrumptious cup cakes. Last time I dropped by, Lesley had been experimenting with some new shortbread biscuit shapes decorated with sugar flowers and icing. They were a huge hit at the Powderham Castle Show in Devon last weekend and where brides confirmed my view that the biscuits made ideal little table gifts for wedding guests. ...
